Dr. Jerry Lee Lewis, 1944-2010  
Jerry Lee Lewis, MD, died on Monday, September 13, 2010. Dr. Lewis was a member of the American Academy of Clinical Psychiatrists Board of Directors and of the Annals of Clinical Psychiatry Editorial Board. Dr. Lewis had received his undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and his MS and MD from the University of Iowa, where he completed his psychiatric residency in 1981. He was professor of psychiatry at University of Iowa, a member of the Iowa Psychiatric Society, and a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.

Dr. John Ben Reichman, 1945-2010  
John Ben Reichman, MD, died on Saturday, August 28, 2010. Dr. Reichman was a member of American Academy of Clinical Psychiatrists for more than 30 years, was a member of the AACP Board of Directors for 20 years, and had served as AACP Vice President. He earned a BA in Chemistry at Miami University in Oxford, OH in 1967 and his MD at University of Missouri at Columbia in 1971. In 1975 he completed his psychiatric residency at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Reichman established a private practice in Pocatello, ID and served as Medical Director of Aspen Crest Psychiatric Hospital and Mater Medical Director of Portneuf Valley/Beacon Geropsychiatric Hospital.
